Renewed and compact range

The range of Pactur semi-automatic linear shrink wrapping machines has been renewed with the 45 S2 LINE, 65 A2 LINE and 65 S2 LINE models. The sealing and shrink wrapping principles are the same as those of the traditional 90° range, but with an innovative layout: the shrink tunnel is aligned with the product travel direction.

Advantages of the linear layout

    • Continuous flow from right to left
      The product moves in a straight line through the machine, optimizing the production flow and minimizing changes of direction or mechanical interference. This allows for smoother, faster and more predictable processing, ideal for automated lines.
    • Compact installation close to a wall
      Thanks to its linear design, the packaging machine can be easily installed against a wall, leaving the front area free for loading and unloading. A smart solution for companies with limited space or narrow production layouts.
    • Electromechanical automatic sealing arm
      The sealing system is electrically driven, with no need for compressed air. This means lower energy consumption, reduced noise and no dependence on pneumatic systems, making installation simpler and more cost-effective.
    • Improved ergonomics for the operator
      The linear layout makes it easier to access the controls, load products and visually supervise the cycle. Everything is positioned at the front, making operation more intuitive and reducing operator fatigue.
    • Simplified integration into existing lines
      The in-line structure fits perfectly into existing production flows, allowing integration with infeed conveyors, shrink tunnels, labelling machines or end-of-line systems without complex modifications.

Independent conveyor belts

The semi-automatic linear shrink wrapping machines are equipped with two Teflon conveyor belts with independent speed control:

  • The first conveyor belt carries the product into the sealing area.
  • The second conveyor belt carries the product into the shrink tunnel.

This configuration separates the sealing and shrinking operations, improving productivity: the operator can immediately load the next product while the sealed one moves into the tunnel.

Additional features

  • Can be used as a sealing-only machine by switching off the heating elements.
  • Supports PO, PE and PVC shrink films without modifications.
  • Grey colour to distinguish it from the traditional Pactur blue line.
